- How do I book a vendor?
- Browse vendors by category, view their profiles and services, select your preferred date and service, and complete the booking through our secure platform. You'll receive instant confirmation and can communicate directly with your vendor.
- Are there any booking fees?
- Gathery charges a 4.5% processing fee on bookings to maintain our platform and provide customer support. An additional $0.30 fee applies to transactions under $20. All fees are clearly displayed before you confirm your booking — no hidden charges.
- What if I need to cancel my booking?
- Cancellation policies vary by vendor. You can view each vendor's specific cancellation policy on their profile before booking. Most vendors offer free cancellation up to a certain number of days before the event.
- How are vendors verified?
- All vendors on Gathery go through a verification process that includes identity verification, business credentials, and portfolio review. We also encourage customers to leave honest reviews to help maintain quality standards.

- How do I become a vendor on Gathery?
- Click "Become a Vendor" and complete our multi-step registration: provide contact information and choose your service category, verify your account, complete your business profile with photos and description, set up your availability and pricing. Once submitted, our team reviews your application within 2–3 business days.
- What types of vendors can join Gathery?
- We accept three main categories: Venues (event spaces, ballrooms, outdoor venues, private estates), Food (caterers, food trucks, bartending services, dessert vendors), and Services (henna artists, DJs, photographers, decorators, entertainers, florists).
- What are the costs to list my business?
- Creating a vendor profile on Gathery is free. We only charge a commission on completed bookings — you only pay when you earn. Our commission structure is competitive and transparent.
- How do I manage my bookings and availability?
- Once approved, you'll have access to a dashboard where you can manage your calendar, update availability, respond to booking requests, upload new photos, adjust pricing, and communicate with customers.
- How long does the approval process take?
- Most applications are reviewed within 2–3 business days. We'll notify you via email once your profile is approved and live on the platform.
- How do I get paid for bookings?
- Payments are processed securely through Gathery. Once a booking is completed, funds are transferred to your designated bank account within 3–5 business days, minus our service commission. You'll receive detailed payment reports through your vendor dashboard.
